The Vocational Work Training program at West Chicago Community High School provides meaningful work experiences for students with learning and/or physical disabilities. The program's purpose is to provide varied training opportunities to students so that each of them may achieve their optimum level of independence. These work experiences reward many students with part-time or full-time competitive employment. Vocational education emphasizes the importance and reward of work. Students are trained in general work habits such as responsibility, independence, and positive work attitude.
We are always looking to expand student opportunities through job training and work experiences. If you have questions or would consider participation in our vocational training program, please contact Annie Dragosh at 630-876-6261 or firstname.lastname@example.org
